2. Products & Services

DPLab provides:

All products are provided “as is”, unless otherwise stated.

3. Frency License

Access to Frency (Free or Pro) grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service subject to the plan limits described on the pricing page.

AI credits are non-refundable once consumed. Unused monthly credits reset at the beginning of each billing period and do not roll over.

4. Web Applications

Access to Frency and other DPLab web applications may require an active subscription and is subject to the usage limits described on the product page.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Payments for Frency Pro and WordPress plugins are processed securely via third-party platforms (Paddle for Frency, Freemius for WordPress plugins).

Frency Pro is offered as a monthly subscription. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the renewal date.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase for subscription plans. AI credit top-ups are non-refundable once activated. Lifetime licenses and cases of abuse may be excluded from refunds.

7. Support

Support is provided according to the purchased plan and typically includes:

Customization, third-party conflicts, and non-standard use cases are not included unless explicitly stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eggly srls is not responsible for any damages, including data loss or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use the products.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website or products implies acceptance of the updated terms.
